This is a antique set of all metal hand cuffs in their original state and have never been cleaned or polished. They are 16" in length with a 3 1/2" cuff outside diameter and a 3" inside diameter. I can not find any identification on them any where as to where made or used. They come with a key for each end ( 2 keys ) and both ends open , close and lock. Considering their age I would say that they are in very good condition.Cash at time of pick up.
